Their aesthetics are boho, Scandinavian and earthy tones. It must feel aspirational as they develop their life together.

The courtyard is important because they love to enjoy most of their free time together outside.
SOFTWARE USED
This project was to create an FF&E Schedule, material board with samples and floor plan for our choosing of a client. I chose Alex and Lily Pae, a newlywed couple who are looking to build their dream family home.
The residential home floor plan includes:
-Entrance
-Open floor living room
-Kitchen and Dining room
-Movie Room
-Powder Room
-Master Bedroom with ensuite
-Courtyard: outdoor seating with BBQ (sliding door to open up to the living room)
- Garage
-Pantry & Laundry Room
